User License

• Allows Ditto to be re-installed on 3 different devices, but only one device at a time.
• No need to buy Ditto again if you upgrade or replace your device.
• All upgrades for the same major version number are free.

Migrating to a new device

Transferring your Ditto User License to a new device is simple. In order to transfer the license to a new device you will need the current license information. This information can be found in the email received during your original purchase or from the email received from your most recent license redemption.

• Find your most recent email titled "Ditto Purchase Reciept" or "Ditto License Redemption".
• Browse to the license redemption page found here.
• Enter the license information from the previously found email into the form on the license redemption page.
• Be sure to select "redeem" as the request type.
• Once your have successfully submitted the form on the license redemption page, you will be given the opportunity to modify the license information on the "Modify Your License Information" page.
• To switch to a new device change blackberry device PIN on this form.
• To switch the email address associated with the license enter the new value on this form.
• When your are finished with your changes submit the form.
• If the changes are successful you will receive a new email with the current license information.
